4.4 Late Payments and Suspension
Important: Late payment consequences:
- 5% late fee after 7 days grace period
- Service suspension after 15 days of non-payment
- Data retention for 30 days post-suspension
- Reactivation fee of ₹5,000 or 10% of outstanding amount (whichever is higher)
- Legal action for amounts exceeding ₹50,000 after 60 days
4.5 Payment Security and PCI Compliance
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. All payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
5. Software Licensing and Usage Rights
5.1 License Grant
Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software according to the selected plan:
- Single License: Installation on one domain/server
- Multi-License: Installation on specified number of domains
- Enterprise License: Unlimited installations within your organization
- SaaS Subscription: Access during active subscription period
5.2 Restrictions
You may not:

8. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Disclaimer: Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amie Technology and Robotics from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of services, violation of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or illegal activities.
12. Termination
Termination conditions:
- By You: Cancel subscription anytime; custom projects per agreement
- By Us: For breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal use
- Effect: Access terminated, data available for 30 days
- Refunds: Per our Refund Policy
- Surviving Terms: Confidentiality, IP rights, limitation of liability
13. Dispute Resolution
Dispute resolution process:
- Good faith negotiation within 30 days
- Mediation in Guwahati if negotiation fails
- Arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act
- Litigation as last resort
Jurisdiction: Exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam, India. Governing law: Indian law without conflict provisions.
14. Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited activities include:
- Illegal activities or promoting illegal content
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Spamming or unauthorized bulk communications
